Your flowers will be wrapped in our stamped butcher paper and tied with a ribbon of your choice. For an additional fee, you may purchase your You-Pick Mason jar or another vessel at checkout.

You are coming to a real, working farm with barnyards and open fields- mud, uneven ground, and grasses of various heights aren't unusual. Comfortable shoes (that you don't mind getting a little dirty), a hat, bugspray, and sunscreen are always recommended. Although pruners are provided for your use in the field, feel free to bring your own pruners/scissors or a pair of gardening gloves. Unless you plan to purchase a vase on-site, we recommend bringing a water-tight container to transport your flowers home.

Children are always welcome on the farm! Children must always be accompanied by an adult, and should not be left unattended anywhere on the farm. We have many different types of animals on the farm, including chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, goats, and donkeys - for their safety, and the safety of our other visitors, no dogs are allowed on property. Leashed service dogs are the only exception.

Feel free to pack a picnic or bring snacks to enjoy while you are out in the fields. We have benches and picnic tables located around the farm for your convenience, or you may want to bring a blanket to sit out in our wildflower patures. Please clean up after yourself by disposing of ALL trash in the provided bins. For your safety and theirs, please DO NOT feed anything to our animals! Personal Use Photography is not restricted, and we encourage you to share your You-Pick photos online with the hashtag #frostfarmstead Professional & Commercial Photography MUST be booked in advance. To assure that you get the perfect shots (without other patrons picking in the background), we offer private morning and evening session availability throughout the week. Professional photographers must provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance or equivalent liability coverage in order to book a session.
